Before you can return your product you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All purchases must be postmarked within the 60 day money back guarantee period for a credit (less shipping and handling)
We will not process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".
Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RA number. The warehouse can not accept packages without the associated RA number.
